Welcome to the Support Center

In order to streamline support requests and better serve you, we utilize a support ticket system. Every support request is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress and responses online. For your reference we provide complete archives and history of all your support requests. A valid email address is required to submit a ticket.

Department definition:

  • Donation Processing - For all donation related questions.
  • Administrator Support - Contact an Administrator directly, report unfair GM treatment or abuse.
  • Account Specialist - For all questions related to account recovery or specific bugs on your character/account.
  • General Support - For all questions relating to DreamerRO (seen by all the staff).

If you were hacked or scammed, the GM team will be unable to recover any stolen item for you. If you have screenshots and enough evidence, you can submit it to General Support department to have the culprit banned.

E-mail changes are not allowed, if your e-mail is expired we will not be able to recover your account.
